Project management
Project Management, I always say if I've done my job correctly that all my hard work should have been done in the studio or office. When I get to site I'm looking for an efficient build and all the ingredients coming together like the proverbial , well oiled machine. Location, orientation, services, logistics, deliveries of exhibition booths on the back of articulated lorries, sometimes they've travelled hundreds or thousands of miles to get the show site, so we're wanting to avoid any delays. During the days ahead I'm overseeing an install to make sure no mistakes are made and the build up aligns with the design, I'm protecting the concept and guarding against anything that may cause issues later. Sometimes it's inevitable, things can go wrong, and there's a problem, but it's only with my knowledge that I can draw on my years of experience on provide a solution. With this particular install everything went according to plan and the show was a huge success.
